BARCODE CARDS

It is the system most widely used electronic identification. It is implemented primarily in commerce to identify goods, employees or customers. Cards with bar codes are used for identification of persons, material logistics, registration, access control and loyalty software, thanks to its favorable cost and speed of reading.

We have several types of bar codes, the most used are the EAN13 and code39:

EAN13 code

Code is more standardized in Europe (European Article Number EAN =). It consists of 12 digits plus 1 digit identifying control.

Code 39

This is a sophisticated bar code capable of encoding 44 characters (26 letters + 10 + 8 digit special numbers). Users often use the barcode on their loyalty cards. Also, is the only reading technology that can be integrated in all formats of cards that we manufacture.

The bar code has been used for over 20 years in the ID cards. This code consists of parallel bars and spaces that contain coded information symbol. Reading the code is based on physical concepts of absorption and reflection of light, illuminating by a laser scanner. The bar code cards used in access control and are very popular loyalty programs in shopping for:
